If you're fast enough, you can kill the exploding zombie (ideally from a long range gunshot) along with at least half of those burning zombies.earning you a massive amount of points.
Hypathetically, lets say you have 80 burning zombies chasing you and an exploding zombie in you all's path. Remember that thing that I just said about burning zombies being worth more points? Well, so are Exploding zombies.
Exploding zombies can either be your best friend or worst enemy depending on how fast you are. There is a good variety of zombie types as well: Normal, Dancing, Crazy, Exploding, Armored, Giant (that ground pounds and blows fire out of its and most annoying of all Charging and Radioactive. This is kind of balanced out by simply targeting non-burning zombies while possibly hundreds are on fire.regardless, this strategy is limited since the burning zombies chase you all over the screen and set each other on fire upon contact. The catch is that, consequencely the burning zombies will eventually burn to a crisp and/or the more burning zombies someone kills they earn more points than they're usually worth however the score multipler decreases. All points earn for killing zombies is multiplied by the number of zombies that are currently set ablazed. In addition to shooting zombies on site, players also have the option of setting them on fire with a torch (infinate and initially equipped) or flamethrower (upgrade) which acts as a score multipler. What makes the game unique in its approach to this is implied within its title.
The majority of the gameplay consists of earning the highest score possible while facing an endless swarm of zombies. Despite this, its scoring system is kinda unique. BZB is your average, run-in-the-mill top down shooter.
